Updated floor
plans: Access from Latrobe Terrace to Lower ground level has been increased. Openings
are shown at either corners of the site adjacent to Latrobe Terrace. This is
designed to invite the public in from the Street Level so they can visually
access the activities on the lower ground level. It also creates a new building
circulation pattern and allows for a considerate pedestrian flow. The sloping
ground allows for disabled and pram access as apposed to the use of stairs. The
opening allow for natural light to flow into the building.
